Local flowers are not only the freshest and longest lasting, they are also the best option for our environment. We embrace sustainable and organic farming practices whenever possible, and work with our fellow local farms to support the island’s rich agricultural community. 


Reviving An Important Agricultural Heritage

Throughout its history, the inn has always been a sanctuary - for humans and nature - and we have restored the grounds to their rightful place as a peaceful, environmentally friendly oasis where all living creatures are cared for and can flourish. Make sure you steal some moments in our English garden. It’s a peaceful and beautiful spot, with the only sounds being the rustle of the breeze and the gentle call of local songbirds.
