Growing Sustainably at Lambert’s Cove Inn
As our gardens grow and expand, providing beautiful flowers for the inn and herbs and vegetables for Restaurant Foster, we are embracing sustainable farming practices at every turn. And we’re not in it alone, either. Neighboring farms and farmers are partnering with us to create an ecosystem of sustainability that aligns with the Vineyard’s long tradition of local agriculture.
Fostering Nature
In the early 1900’s, Francis Foster began a tradition of this land being a place where nature could thrive. Today, the inn’s current owners, Galen & Bridget Sampson, are proud to carry on his legacy, stewarding a place of calm and beauty for all living things.
People & Planet First
Lambert’s Cove Inn has always been a place where creatures of all kinds can relax, recharge, regenerate, and thrive. That’s as true as it is for the flora and fauna grow here as it is for our guests who come here to dine, gather, stay, and relax. We can’t wait to take care of you.
