This room is one of two located on the second floor of the renovated guest house. The entrance to this stylish room is from a staircase leading from the carriage house deck. This warm and inviting room with cathedral beamed ceiling is decorated in a honey gold wall covering and red & gold toile with a coordinating plaids. Sanibel has a queen size four poster bed, two comfortable club chairs and large dresser. Sanibel overlooks the guest house lawn, natural woodlands with 20’ tall rhododendrons and the bridal path and perennial garden. The bathroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub/shower combination with cultured marble surround and floors.

Savannah

The Savannah room is one of two rooms located on the ground floor of the renovated guest house. You enter this elegant room from a private 12’ by 35’ lounging deck on the west side of the building. This spacious room with original pine plank floors is decorated in navy, gold and crisp white. This room has a queen size four poster bed, love seat, which opens into a single bed for an additional guest, and a comfortable wingback chair for reading. The bath is adorned with a luxurious marble floor and a large marble shower. (This room is also Handicap Accessible.)

Bar Harbor

The Bar Harbor room is one of two guest rooms located on the second floor of the renovated guest house. You’ll enter this room from a common staircase situated off of the carriage house deck. With lots of windows, this bright and sunny room has a vaulted beamed ceiling and is decorated in Chambray blue plaids with hints of natural linen. Bar Harbor boasts a king size bed with upholstered headboard that also converts to twin beds, bedside tables, side chair and queen size sofa sleeper. The newly remodeled bathroom has a corner marble shower and marble floors. The Bar Harbor room overlooks the carriage house and guest house lawns as well as the bridal path and perennial garden.

Saybrook

Located in the Carriage House overlooking the carriage house lawn, enter this pleasing room through a private screened in porch from the front carriage house deck. The porch offers a nice nook for reading, napping or bird watching and has two comfortable chairs and a side table. Painted an inviting crisp tan and decorated in brown and tan linen, Saybrook has a queen size four poster bed, a coordinating side chair, side table, and chest of drawers. The marbled bathroom has a stand up shower.

Located on the ground floor of the renovated guest house, the entrance to this well appointed room is through French doors from a private 8’ by 22’ lounging deck on the north side of the guest house. This spacious room with original pine plank floors is decorated in Burnished Mahogany with hunter green and royal blue fabrics. The private deck overlooks a meadow with the woodlands beyond. Winchester has a four post queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a queen size sofa sleeper in a spacious sitting area. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination with marble surround and floors.
